Thanks Betheaz, ....... until next week, for resolution. Please, it will be a week later and won't be mentioned again - at least, that is how it seems things have been going lately. They will probably have to address this, though.

The Nicki/Alby relationship is the second best one in the story lines (Frank and Lois are still the best, IMO). They would be a force to be reckoned with if they teamed up. I have to admit, she is probably my favorite "love to hate" character on tv.

Withay, totally agree with you. Plus, when Verlin later came in, (after he had put Nicki in the closet) & ask Verlin if the job was done & Verlin told him, "yes, he's 5 feet below", Alby knew that he had lied to him. Plus w/Alby killing Verlin right in front of Nicki, this makes Nicky a witness who stood by, didn't stop it, & didn't go to the police. Alby & Nicki really do share a sicko mentality when it comes to this kind of dark stuff. Did you notice how quickly she came up w/the childhood story of how Alby had saved her in the water current [river]. Very smart & fast on Nicki's part. Now they are on the same team. All the more reason Nicki won't press charges against the teacher! It makes Nicki a witness but what was she going to do to stop it? She would've had to sacrifice herself. Not report it is an issue but since she was the only witness, if it got out, Alby would know it was her so she'd have to go into witness protection since he is clearly unstable. I don't think they are on the same team at all. They do understand each other...but I think this episode made it clear they are on two separate paths. I wonder if Nicki will talk to Adaleen about it. We did see Adaleen with a gun in the preview for next week.

Yes, it being so close to the end of the series and with the rumors about someone important dying, I thought for sure Nicki was a goner. Difficult beatch that she is, I still think Bill would go after anyone who hurt Nicki; he still may.

LOL, I was screaming, "oh no he's got Nickie & he's gonna kill her", later as the show rolled on, I said, OK in the end, I think they're all gonna kill each other off, just kidding of course. But, yes I thought Nickie was a goner too.

The FLDS Church was first established April 6, 1830, by Joseph Smith.
The rest is history. It's been going on for a long time, there's a lot of truth in Alby's statement to Nicki, absolutely. Yes, I agree Betheaz, it is a significant point made via the writers.

Alby is one of those characters that you just love to hate and Matt Ross plays him so perfectly. The man deserves an Emmy for his work on this show.
Which reminds me, has anyone else noticed how some of the best actors on this show aren't the main characters? Lois, Adalene, and Alby all come to mind as tops.

The entire cast is superb in my book!!

If Alby's on his way to Mexico w/Selma, he may run into Joey & Wanda there.

Alby prophet likened to Jeffs prophet: In the scene where Alby is speaking to Adaleen telling her, he didn't want to be known as a monster on the run & hiding in safe houses, this is exactly what Jeffs was labeled as, while he was "on the run". www.rickross.com/reference/polygamy/polygamy698.html

So, Alby is left "rotting in jail" as Adaleen put it. I got tickled when Nickie turned the tv OFF.
