Just another thought...I wonder why there isn't the same kind of anger aimed at Bill for being a predator and child molester? Margie was almost exactly the same age as CL when she married Bill, she could easily have been 15 when they started seeing each other. Is it because Margie lied and Bill thought she was 18? She was still clearly too young for him, and even Barb said she thinks she might have suspected Margie was younger than she claimed. There was plenty of anger around here towards Bill after that was revealed. I'd say more so than there is for Mr. Ivy now.

Maybe CL will seek status as an emancipated minor when she turns 16. In the new clip on the HBO site, Bill tells CL that Nikki has changed her will and if anything happens to Nikki, Barb will be her guardian. CL could claim that she wants to escape polygamy. She could tell the court that she lives in a polygamous household and her family will force her into a polygamous marriage when she turns sixteen if she cannot get away from them.
I think she has a good case to request emancipation as a minor.

I don't see how they could use that story line without the relationship between CL and Greg coming to light. Nicki (and Bill) would fight the emancipation tooth and nail and wouldn't be afraid to get dirty.

Could be done in one 30 second scene in the courtroom. Judge bangs gavel and says, "As of today you are an emancipated minor and as such have all the legal rights and privileges of an adult." Cara Lynn turns and smiles at Greg. Judge to Bill: "Mr. Hendrickson, you and your wives may believe in what you're doing, but I'll do everything in my power to see to it that your children aren't forced to follow you down that path." End of scene. BTY, in the Orange You Glad clip on the HBO site, Bill says something about a problem with the adoption due to some legal issues. You betcha! No way a judge would let an accused statutory rapist adopt a teenage girl before the case is tried.

[Spoiler, obviously]
Nooooo I'm so annoyed they didn't get together! Margie and Ben, Nikki and Ray, Alby and Dale and now Cara Lynn and Greg - we didn't get any great hook ups! Was nicely tidied up though, about choosing something that wouldn't last because she wanted to learn about what love really is. Well put, but pity we didn't see any more of Christian Campbell...
Picked the ending ages ago though, couldn't have ended any other way. Big Love, you'll be missed!

I think should be together! The are so cute together! I did not get a bad vibe from him! He seemed very caring and sweet! But I felt so bad for her!
