Didn't Bill ask Don to leave Homeplus when he was running for office. But, now he seems like he is second in command & is finally standing up to Bill. ;D

I think once the election was over, Don resumed his position and I am glad he's standing up to Bill.
The scene where he was explaining his wife is mad at Bill because she thinks he forced Don to take the fall... And Bill just looks quietly... Because Bill DID force Don to take the fall!

I am really glad that Don finally stood up to Bill. Don lost his family, job everything. Thanks for the explanation as to why Don has his job back. It definitely looks like we will see a new Don this season. Maybe, at some point, he'll walk out & leave Bill with the mess.

I like this new Don much better than the happy-go-lucky push over Don! Bill needs to learn that he can't treat everybody like he does his wives. In the real world, you can't always get your way. And Bill had a tendency to think that he could dictate to Don just like he tries to dictate at home.

I applauded when Don stood up to Bill, Bill needs to swallow the fact, he is not right all the time. Clearly he is coming to realize that now.

Bigloverocks, I thought Don's hair looked phoney too. I was wondering if he's dyeing it and that it's too dark for his skin tone.

I hated his crew cut. I dunno if Don's current style is his own hair or not, but I still think it is a big improvement over previous seasons.
