Why would Bill and Barb be cut out of the casino when Jerry and Tommy knew when they became partners that Bill was a polygamist?

Tommy and Jerry weren't in charge anymore. If you recall, Bill had them removed during the Season 4 finale due to the dealing of meth on the casino floor by Leila and Jerry and Tommy covering it up. I also don't think that the rest of the tribe was aware that Bill was going to out himself. Since his constituents are unhappy with him, it doesn't bode well for the casino if they are connected.

Legally, it does not make sense for Bill to be cut out of the Casino earnings. Didn't he buy that business? I was confused by that.

I was totally confused by a few things, that being one of them.

Bill couldn't make the casino happen without the Tribe. From what I got was that the Tribe bought Bill's share from him.

I think so. As messed up as it sounds I believe there was a moral clause in their contract similar to Margene's but the difference was Bill got bought out not just kicked out.

Hmmmm....didn't Bill want the Casino in case they were ever exposed? I think that whole casino plotline was very confusing. I'll have to watch the episode again. That's why I love coming here! I get new thoughts to think about! ;D

i suspect the scandal will make things seem worse in the short term, until people's short attention spans means they stop really caring, and money problems will be resolved. i think they are expecting too much too soon. it's gonna take a while for people to 'get over it'--- including business partners.
