I think it is interesting the kid that was doing all the bullying is in fact himself from a polygamous family.

I found that interesting too. The pot calling the kettle black!! It will be interesting to see what role the other polygamous families will have in this season. I know Bill was relieved to find that he was not alone.

I'm sure it was out of fear. That's why most bullies do what they do - fear. Especially with the polygamist family, they probably feel a lot of fear of exposure just like the Henricksons used to. I imagine it was a coping mechanism, to try and protect himself. Plus it allowed him to lash out at the family that is making his own life stressful by bringing more attention to the issue.
This is the same reason the most vehemently anti gay legislators are mostly turning out to be gay or have homosexual interests themselves.

I agree with everything that Bridget said. I also want to add that I think he might have also done it in order to take suspicion off of himself and his family. The fact that he went after Wayne so violently would make others less suspicious of him.

I think it's called "self loathing" isn't it?
He hates his own situation so much that he abuses someone from the same situation.
It was a nice plot twist! Nice touch!

I had to do a double take on that part. I didn't catch it at first.
