I have to suspend disbelief about the whole scene. I too liked the tension. I thought it was pretty good until after the arm was cut off. The writers seemed to throw that last part together. Come on there are enough people on that compound that they could deal with getting Hollis to the hospital and taking care of Bill at the same time. Bill would not be able to walk off that compound with his family if the Greene family was that evil.

It was fun scene but I found it a little unbelieveable.
Someone woulda shot Bill or something.
They just walked off like celebrities!
I'm suprised Bill Henrickson didn't twitter while he was exiting the compound and carrying Frank.
"just left the Green compound. Chopped off Hollis Green's arm. Family is OK. Will post more later"
;D ;D ;D

I think Lois has been watching "Dexter" and just waiting for an opportune time to put what she learned from him to the test! Good thing Bill gave her that little TV a few seasons back.

LOL another little touch I noticed about Lois after the arm fell to the ground, were her little toeless wedge sandals with those old school white fold down socks with the lace... Remember those? I used to wear those in school when I was in 1st grade lol!
I don't know why that cracked me up but it did.

maybe it was a writer's touch to show that Lois is still very much childlike in allot of ways....who else would be able to get away with chopping Hollis's arm off with (probably) little or no consequence

Hollis was going to execute her by firing squad for trying to buy wholesale.
There will be some sort of payback.

I think as long as the Henricksons say out of Mexico they'll be okay.
Selma doesn't ever want to go back to the U.S.A. she's afraid of being locked up again.
I think if Hollace lives... He might send a few of his cronies after Bill... But if he dies I think Selma will let it drop.

Who will randomly show up and kidnap Bill's family members if Hollis dies and Selma loses interest?

Someone posted in one of the threads "Blood Atonement." Blood Atonement is part of the mormon religion.
When I read the post in this thread which stated that Lois had blood splatered on her face, I immediately thought of the "Blood Atonement" thread.
I wonder if the blood on Lois face has something more to do with the Blood Atonement. If so, the blood on Lois' face would represent the atonement for which character? I am almost certain that there is something more to the scene with Lois with blood on her face.
My question my not be clear. But if anyone understands what I am asking, I look forward to reading your thoughts on blood atonement and the relation to the blood on Lois' face.

Alberta, I know what you are asking.
Did that blood on Loi's face have anything to do with the Blood Atonement and whose blood atoned for what??? ;D
I didnt' think of that at all.
Lois killed Hollis (possibly) so that was Hollis' blood atonement?

This kind of bloody morality logic cracks me up.
It isn't an atonement unless the person makes a willing sacrifice of their own life for their own sake to save their soul from hell... and then only after the atonement of Christ has been rejected.
All of the media hype drama and anti-mormon rhetoric on this subject is completely misguided sensational hyperbole.

Wurks! I see you made it over here. When I saw the name, I figured it was you. When I read your post, I knew it was you. I don't know if that was anti mormon. It was a question. The title of the episode was Blood Atonemnt and Lois splattered Hollis blood and possibly killed him. We are all well aware that LDS don't practice blood atonement, we were wondering if it was some kind of odd meaning in there. I assumed they splattered the blood for fun and shock but maybe there was a reason? We don't know, just tossing around questions and ideas.
