She is surprisingly good. I honestly was not expecting much. So many actors and actresses who sing are "helped" by technology but I think she really can sing!

Yes Amanda Seyfried really can sing. She sung a few times on Big Love. I think it was during Ginge'rs funeral she sang Amazing Grace and it was really beautiful. She also did all her own singing in Mama Mia.

She does this very well and if you watch it is obvious she is truly an accomplished guitarist ......if you look at YouTube she has a number of other performances as well....interesting.....

It's not that she did a bad job on the song, I think she did too good of a job on it. It's too clean, the original had that raw feel that this doesn't have.

The original was sung as if the wolf was singing it so it should have been raw. This one is sung from the point of view of Little Red Riding Hood who is supposed to be an innocent.
