I was looking at the episode guide on IMDB.com and found these.
Pilot - In the pilot, when Bill is driving to "the compound" for the first time, he puts on sunglasses handed to him by Barb before they leave home. In the next shot, he's wearing sunglasses of a different style.
S1 E3 Home Invasion - Factual errors: During the scene where Roman, the Prophet of Juniper Creek, is talking to reporters, he says that Joseph Smith found the golden plates near Palmyra, NY. He pronounces it "pal-MEER-ah", but the correct pronunciation of this town is "pal-MIRE-ah". Roman should have known the proper pronunciation.
S1 E4 Eclipse - Factual errors: Heather suggests to Sarah that they go to the new Spaghetti Factory in Trolley Square instead of a college party. The series is set in present day, but that restaurant has been open for more than a decade.
Factual errors: When Nicki calls Suze Orman's T.V. show, she doesn't mute the television. If you call into any T.V. or radio show, the personnel there and often subsequently the host will ask you to mute or turn down the T.V. or radio because it will cause feedback or confusion if the program operates on a delay.
S1 E5 Affair - Continuity: When Nicki and Margene are grocery shopping, a woman in a denim jacket with a ponytail walks past them. She exits the aisle and then reappears as Margene is choosing saltines.
S1 E7 Eviction - Revealing mistakes: When Barb is calling about Nicki's credit card, she has a list with the family's details including names, birthdays, social security numbers, and cell numbers. The list has many errors: Nicki and Margene's surnames should be Grant and Heffman, not Henrickson; Sarah's name is listed as Amanda - the name of the actress that plays Sarah. The birthdays are of the actors who play them (except for Barb who's year of birth is wrong for both the actress and the character), and most of the dates are wrong for especially the younger characters like Sarah and her full brother Ben being born about 6 months apart.
S1 E8 Easter - Continuity: When Bill and Joey arrive at UEB Headquarters, their car has a "Ski Utah!" license plate. When they drive down the hill to the cabin, their car has a "Utah Centennial" license plate.
S1 E11 Where There's A Will - Factual errors: When the Hendrickson family makes out new wills to ensure that the children will be raised by one of the sister wives if their biological parents die, Barbara distributes the wills to Nikki and Margene, and says, "Just sign yours, and Bill will put them in the safe deposit box." Unless a will is in the individual's own handwriting, all states have some requirement about the signature being witnessed. The other wives, as beneficiaries under the will, cannot serve as witnesses. Merely signing the wills without valid witnesses would result in invalid wills. The family attorney also should not have disclosed to Bill that the wives had been in to change their wills. Instead once he realized that the four were not in 100% agreement, the ethical rules of his bar association would have required him to refer them to individual independent attorneys.
S2 E3 Reunion - Continuity: In this episode, Ben's birthday card states he is 16 and Margine says that there is only 5 years between them. This would put Margine's age as 21, when she'd stated in an earlier episode that she's 23.
S2 E4 Rock and a Hard Place - Continuity: When Sarah and Scott kiss,Sarah leans in her face. In the next shot, she is kissing him and her hand is in his face.
S2 E11 Take Me as I Am - Factual errors: When Nicki is at the bingo parlor, she is hoping the caller will call I32. The I column only has numbers from 16-30. 32 is a number in the N column.
I'll do 3 &4 tomorrow. Guess they think we aren't paying attention. lol
