Did you guys notice this quote come across the screen at the end of the ep ... right before or after "Only 1 episode left" or w/e.
anyway - what do you think it means?
I think it eludes to the "truth" they've been trying to get to all season (or at least Bill has) - the "truth" of coming out as poly and not hiding behind lies, etc. That said, I think it means we will end up with the Henricksons outed (one way or another) and the truth / public poly will cause a split - between the wives (or some of them) and Bill.
Which is something we've been discussing for awhile as a probability / possibility - so to me it was confirmation.
what cha think?

I would like to see Barb & Margene leave because they are becoming more & more independent of Bill - questioning his motives etc. Nikki seems to be the only one who will stay with him although he has kicked her out of the home; & uses her to do his spying .

I have also been thinking about this quote!
I think this will be the cliffhanger of the last episode--the family will be torn apart when the truth is told.
I'm not sure if or how I missed something but when did polygamy become legal? Or is it just legal in Bill's head?
Remember when Barb got kicked out of mother of the year and Nicki went nuts? She closed all of the curtains and was running around the house screaming that the police were going to come and get them and take them away. I would think that Nicki of all people would know what happens when polygamists are "found out".
Ok so we know Bill will win or will be outed somehow in this last episode, so that will be the "truth". Could the "parting" be them all being carted off to jail?
I just don't see how Bill thinks he will be above the law if he wins the election!!!

"I'm not sure if or how I missed something but when did polygamy become legal? "
It isn't. They brought this up in an earlier episode, when Bill remarked that since polygamy in Utah is only a misdemeanor, he's not worried about the repercussions about being found out.
That made me wonder - then why have they been so secretive the whole time? Maybe the answer is more from a social perspective than a legal one, but if anyone has a better suggestion I'm interested to hear it.

I do remember Bill saying that about polygamy being a misdemeanor...and I found that as being very, very selfish. Maybe Margie may never need to fill out a job application due to her business, but what about Barb and Nicki? I doubt polygamy, misdemeanor or not, would look very good on a background check. My comment about polygamy was sarcastic because I think Bill's comment was just ridiculous. And if I was one of the wives, having a police record would probably tick me off the most about this whole political mess. Let's think of it this way; you are arrested for disturbing the peace, convicted and a misdemeanor. Are you allowed to keep doing it? No. What if you keep doing it? You are going to jail. So after they are all arrested for polygamy and they keep doing it wouldn't they be convicted over and over and over again? They are not planning to stop. The plan is to move into the "big house" and live as one family. How? Can a senator be "impeached" or removed from office? Why would Bill think he wouldn't be removed from office once he "comes out"? Polygamists would support him but they are the minority. Is this another situation where we have to suspend disbelief? And yes I do think the title of the final episode says it all. There will be a major parting, and I can't imagine it being anyone else except Bill, Margie, Barb, and Nicki. That is unless the cliffhanger is that the show ends before we find out who wins.....so many "what ifs".

Not only would it not work out the way he "dreams" it would because of your points, but also because the position he is seeking has no control over the laws regarding polygamy. Does he really think he can change the laws? LMAO! Its laughable! Bill is a moron! I honestly have found myself rolling my eyes more this season than any other season yet... Always when his mouth is moving. I am hoping that in the finale tomorrow... Bill decides to concede and let the rival running mate have the position. It would be the right thing to do for SO many reasons.

One of the reasons that Bill has given before for being so secretive about their plural marriage is because of the public nature of his business. In season one, he and Don talked about how a local businessman with a car dealership had gone bamkrupt within months of his polygamous marriages becoming known. That is one of the reasons that Bill initially gave for wanting to buy Weber Gaming. He thought the gamblers would not care. But now he is also financially dependent on a "family" (meaning LDS) casino which would be affected by them "coming out". I just don't know what he is thinking, either!
