here you go.... this was posted by a fan on the Television without Pity site:
"I think we are going to get our wishes on a Barb/Bill divorce, but it will be done in a more or less spiteful manner towards those who have been screaming "Run Barb Run!". Bill and Nikki are going to be told that they can't adopt Caralynn because they aren't "married" in the eyes of the law, so Bill's going to sweet talk Barb into an actual, honest to goodness divorce so Bill can remarry Nikki and have it be legal in the eyes of the law. And it will tie into the whole thing about "Don taking another hit" thing, in this case, I would not be shocked if Bill forces Don to sell out his share of the store ownership (for less than it is worth) in order for Bill to give Barb half ownership of the family business in the event things go tits up for everyone."
If you really read into the descriptions for 3 upcoming episodes there are some pretty strong hints that this could happen.
From "A Special Relationship" "A legal obstacle hinders Bill and Nicki's efforts to adopt Cara Lynn (they aren't legally married... likely a problem in Mormon Utah)
From "D.I.V.O.R.C.E." Barb capitulates (gives in) on Bill’s marital plans, but not on her hopes to attain the priesthood. With her eye on a new prize (legal marriage to Bill?), Nicki chafes at the status quo.
From "Til Death do Us Part". Bill eyes a wedding as a chance to reseal his commitment to his three wives, though Barb remains skeptical. In the meantime, Nicki looks to take full advantage of her special day.
Makes me ill....but this may be Barb's way out and she doesn't have to be the bad guy in the eyes of her family and the church by initiating a divorce.

Hopefully Barb will take full advantage of the divorce and go screw Tommy's brains out.

I was lucky enough to find this board while googling for spoilers Any leaks that Tommy may come back? Nope and last night Barb went to the Casino and the person who was supposed to be in charge was not Tommy or his father.

I really do not like spoilers. It happened so that then I did not want to look.
