I would agree that Ben should be 18, however we are going to have to go along with the storyline, since Bill told the LDS teacher,"...the boy was 17!!". Either way the situation is f-ed up and I think that Barb should not have brought that up during the session.

I know that Barb mentioned that they had an appointment with the home teachers, however what they were discussing would have been a topic for a bishop or a stake president to hear, not home teachers. Also home teachers usually visit members homes in pairs. I only saw one.
Since Barb addressed the gentleman as “President Kennedy” it was most likely her stake President that was talking with them. But the meeting would have taken place in his office and not at the Henrickson home. A home teaching vist would have been more laid back

Sorry, nothing very interesting. I got interesting in the Mormons after watching Big Love and have been talking with the LDS missionaries for a while now. Zoar is LDS and had answered a few questions for me on the HBO board. I was hoping he'd turn up here so I could let him know how it was going.

oh ok, gotcha When i first started watching the show I had some missionaries come knocking as well. The timing was kind of crazy... they actually said something to the effect of "we're not poly, thats a seperate religion... we're very progressive " I was like , "Uh - ok..." lol my neice also moved to UT around the time i started watching... seemed everything was pointing to big love there for a moment, bizarre.

About 2 years ago we had missionaries come knocking too. We let them in and asked a bunch of questions. They were very polite and very honest.
