Poor Don... When bill first approached him he didnt even imagine what bill was going to ask him to do. So why did he agree? well, i think thats what the scene earlier in the ep was all about ; Don saying that maybe he was dealing with envy, b/c maybe he'd like to do the things bill is doing, etc. The difference is Don would be doing them with intentions more true / pure / less selfish than Bill's. I think he begins to realize this difference between him about Bill near the end of the episode.
Did you catch the look on his face when bill is giving his speech and says the word "integrity" ? Almost as intense as the look bill and ben share during the same speech when he calls himself a "proud family man" ugh...
I agree Peg isnt going to take this lying down though.

I have a feeling that Don (or Peg) will do something to gum up the works for Bill...we have so many other plot twists to follow, what's one more???

Agree! Don said that he wanted to be the kind of person to do something, and Bill gave him the opportunity. Don coud've said no, but he decided to take the bullet for Bill. I really hope Peg gets super pissed and we get a couple of scenes with her because I think she's awesome.

I guess that, although Don has resigned, Peg still works at Home Plus. And she has access to the records, I think.

You'd think that if someone already noticed the names of the wives, someone would've also jotted down the names. If they really want to investigate the situation, they'd quickly realize that two of the women listed live next door to Bill, in houses that he owns. Even if he were to argue that he wasn't married to them, there's no way that he wouldn't have known that Don was married to the two women he shares a backyard with.

Don said he envied Bill because, though Don wanted to be successful, it was Bill who was able to make things happen. That look on Don's face after he "outed" himself showed that he finally realized HOW Bill makes things happen...by taking advantage of his friend and business partner...I really think he realized just how shallow Bill really is. And what was with Don saying he practiced polygamy and had hidden FOUR of his wives? He only had three, two of whom left him for each other. And oh yes ... I, too, cannot wait to watch Peg rip Bill a new one for screwing Don over. First thing that entered my mind---don't worry, Peg'll get him!!!!

I agree, Peg is someone whom I would not want to be enemies with. Her Don is her hero, and she would not be the type to let him get screwed over without a fight. Go Peg!

The four wives included Nicki and Margene, because it had to be explained as to why their names appeared for insurance since they don't work for Home Plus. Don also has his two ex's listed there as well.

As previously posted: Don gave Bill a weird look after he outed him self as a polygamist. I am sure that this situation will return to bite Bill in the ass soon!! Don doesn't seem like the type to do anything dirty or underhanded to Bill, but he looks as if he has either been pushed too far and ready to tear into Bill, or he has Bill's back even though he has(sadly) given up his own livelihood. I hope that it is the former.
I think that Bill will be exposed anyway and Don will be called upon to testify.

I dont know if Don will take any action to hurt bill / his campaign - but i dont think he'll be bill's bitch any longer. I think that look was him finally seeing bill for the hypocritical self -obsessed power hungry man he is. It think it was the first time he saw bill for what he is, rather than assuming they were alike.

I agree JJ77 that Don is finally beginning to see the man that Bill really is. It will be interesting to see how this will all play out. I hope Bill gets it!!

I wonder what is going to happen to Don? I mean is Bill giving him some kind of off the record severence pay? will he still be his partner where the casino is concerned? Basically - I just wonder if Bill is atleast going to make sure he is compensated for taking that bullet. then again, I wonder if Don would accept it fi he tried to?
I do hope , however this goes, that it isnt one of those points of interest that gets a throw away line as to explanation and basically gets lost in the fast pace shuffle of the show. Ya know?

I agree. If they just let Don and his family fade away into the background, I will be PO'd. I'm hoping that Bill's tower of lies falls down and buries him. I used to like him but he is becoming more and more intolerable. More like Roman, thinking that things should always be as he wants them to be, regardless of the cost to anyone else.
